We’re Katrin and Armin Sauerwein, a family of five who embrace a location-independent lifestyle filled with travel and cultural exploration. Three years ago, we ventured into the real estate market, building and subsequently selling two profitable chalets. Inspired by our love for Croatia, we decided to embark on a similar venture in the south.
Finding the Perfect Partners
Our journey led us to Croatia, where we sought out German-speaking partners to collaborate on our new project. Despite initial setbacks with our first choice, we persisted and found the ideal partner based in Split, boasting over two decades of local expertise. Together, we refined our plans and are now ready to begin construction on our dream apartment building.

Though we encountered obstacles along the way, we refused to be deterred. Learning from our experiences, we pivoted and found a solution, ensuring that our vision remained intact. With a dedicated team in place, we’re confident in the success of our project.
